Happy Thanksgiving!! I hope everyone had a good day, as I did. We all have so much to be thankful for. All the food we need, great friends, and a wonderful family. Who could ask for more?
Mom passed last April, and I always will think of her on Thanksgiving. She was a wonderful cook and nothing made her happier than cooking for her family and having everyone together. Those Thanksgivings growing up will always be in my thoughts at this time of the year.
I know Mom was looking down on us today and was proud of all us being together once again.

We love you Mom.

Election's Over.

It's over. Finally. Hopefully the nation can pull together.
We all need to keep a "track record". Keep a list of the promises that are broken, and we will see if Obama is the person he says. It will be hard to determine. We can not believe half of what we read, and none of the info coming from Washington. If the people would only take a few moments to think, it will not be difficult to determine if promises are being broken.
It is time for us to be honest with ourselves, stop believing everything the press want us to believe, and keep track of our progress.
